GUARANTEE OF DISCRETION
We pack all parcels discreetly - without information about the content, no logos or advertising tapes. The parcels are also packed safely so that they are not damaged during transport.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After the order has been accepted by our store, you will receive a request to confirm the order by e-mail.
Remember: we do not require order confirmation to execute your order.
Orders paid by payment or credit card or bank transfer do not require further confirmation.
After we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail with this information so that you can prepare for collection of the goods. In order to maintain full discretion, we do not confirm orders by phone. However, we request that you fill in the field with the contact telephone number in the order form. Entering this telephone number is useful for us in non-standard situations, when we need to contact you, e.g. if you enter incomplete delivery address.
VALIDITY OF OUR OFFER
The offer (price proposal) in our store is binding until the order is executed or cancelled.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
The parcel should reach your hands within 2 business days from the date of shipment. If we are unable to process your order, we will immediately inform you of the earliest possible delivery date.
FORMS OF DELIVERY
You choose the delivery method yourself when placing the order.
- To the address provided - entered in the order form. In this case, the parcel will be delivered directly by the employee of Poczta Polska. If the order is executed in the "cash on delivery" option, then the delivery fee will be collected from you by the courier. If he does not find you at home, he will leave a notice in your mailbox, on the basis of which you will collect the parcel at the post office indicated by the courier (competent for your place of residence). If the shipment is "paid by bank transfer", the courier will deliver the parcel without charging any additional fees. If you are not at home, he will leave an advice note so that you can collect the parcel at the post office, where no fee will be charged either.
- Collection in person at post office (formerly known as Poste Restante) - greater discretion before household members. In this option, in the cart, you select the option called Cash on delivery - collection in person at the post office or Transfer/card - collection in person at the post office. Then you only enter your first name and surname, mobile phone number (obligatory) and select the post office to which we are to deliver the parcel (the list of post offices will be displayed automatically in the cart as soon as you start to write the name of the place where we are to deliver the order).
In the next step, provide your address details (we will still send the parcel to the post office you had indicated) or re-enter the address of the post office if you want to be fully anonymous also for us. You will receive an e-mail (to the e-mail address provided in the order) with information about the shipment and a text message when the shipment is ready for pickup at the indicated Post Office along with shipment ID.
IMPORTANT:
If you choose the option Collection in person at post office, providing the Recipient's mobile phone number is obligatory.
Remember (!) to provide the correct mobile phone number of the Recipient.
FULL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHIPMENT - Free Electronic Advice Note!!!
Electronic advice note, i.e. information about a parcel waiting to be picked up and electronic information about the delivery of the parcel, are the latest changes in our offer. You will receive a notification about the parcel via text message or e-mail.
We offer two versions of advice note. In addition to the traditional paper notification provided by the courier, we provide a free electronic notification - eINFO: advice note. If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, we will send you a message with the parcel ID and the address of the facility where it can be picked up.
- Collection in person at post office (formerly known as Poste Restante) - greater discretion before household members and not only. In this option, you choose Transfer / card - collection in person at the ORLEN station in the cart.
Then you only enter your first name and surname, mobile phone number (obligatory) and select the ORLEN petrol station to which we are to deliver the parcel (the list of ORLEN petrol stations will be displayed automatically in the cart as soon as you start to write the name of the city where we are to deliver the order).
In the next step, provide your address details (we will still send the parcel to the ORLEN petrol station you had indicated) or re-enter the address of the ORLEN station if you want to be fully anonymous also for us.
